Halloween time in Terra Natura Benidorm

It was that time of the year again, Halloween! Terra Natura Benidorm is then fully decorated for the festivities! 

We've been coming to Terra Natura Benidorm for over a decade now, and we've seen a lot of things change during that time. In the beginning, it was just the zoo and Aqua Natura. Later the addition of Magic Natura (a resort we've reviewed as well) made the park a bit larger and crowdier.

However, now another resort is being built close to the zoo: Magic Pirates Island, which is supposed to be even bigger and more grandiose than Magic Natura. Unfortunately, it also made the zoo itself a lot smaller. A whole section 'Europa' has been demolished to make way for this new resort.

Nevertheless, the park is still incredible to visit. Especially during the Halloween festivities you can expect an amazing experience since the weather has cooled down a bit and the decorations around the park really set the mood.

Since it was the last week Magic Natura was open it was extremely busy! During the rest of the year and early next year, the park is a lot more quiet. Although except for Three Kings day (Jan 6th, 2025), then it's usually so busy we can't even find a decent parking spot! If you like a calm zoo trip to Terra Natura Benidorm, avoid that day at all cost!

Final verdict: Terra Natura Benidorm is always very late setting up Halloween decorations. In fact, the last week of Halloween it's finally set up! Visiting the zoo around Halloween, thinking it's all going to be decked out for the season may leave you disappointed.
